Training
Queer Futures Gloucestershire offers training that helps organisations, schools and community groups create safer, more confident and more inclusive environments for LGBTQIA+ people. Our approach is grounded in lived experience, youth work practice and more than three decades of community support across the county.
We focus on learning that is gentle, practical and rooted in real stories. People often tell us that our sessions help them understand things they have felt unsure about, and give them the confidence to make meaningful changes in their everyday work.
We can also support with setting up social and support groups (particularly in education settings).

What Our Training Covers
Our training is flexible and shaped around the needs of the people we work with. Rather than fixed packages, we offer a set of core themes that can be combined or adapted.

Understanding LGBTQIA+ identities: Clear, accessible guidance on language, identity, and the diversity of queer experience.
