We take an active role in local partnership and decision‑making groups across Gloucestershire. Our aim is to make sure the needs and experiences of LGBTQ+ people of all ages are understood, considered and built into services, policies and community planning.

  

Through this work, we bring informed, community‑rooted insight to organisations and partnerships. We help shape conversations, challenge assumptions and highlight where inclusion, safety and belonging can be strengthened. 

  

Our strategic engagement ensures that LGBTQ+ voices are represented at the table, not as an afterthought but as a core part of creating fair, accessible and effective services for everyone.

We work with a range of local charities, community groups and organisations to strengthen LGBTQIA+ inclusion, engagement and outreach across the county. These partnerships help us reach more people, share expertise and create safer, more supportive spaces for young people, families and allies.
